My Mission: Why This Matters So Much To Me

No one prepared you for this...but you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Here’s what nobody tells you…

After nearly 30 years working in women’s health, I’ve been there for women during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives—their fears, their bodies, their biggest transitions.

And yet… when it was my turn?

I felt completely unprepared.

When menopause hit, I didn’t recognize my own body. The symptoms. The confusion. The frustration. I went looking for answers—and got almost nothing.

No real guidance.
No real support.

Just “this is normal” and “you’ll get through it.”

That didn’t sit right with me.

So I did what I always do—I started digging.
I read everything. Listened to everything. Tried everything.

And along the way, I realized something…

I wasn’t the only one feeling this way. So many women are dismissed. So many are left to figure this out on their own. So many are quietly wondering, “what is happening to me?”

That’s why I created this.

A place for real answers.
Real support.

And real conversations about what midlife actually feels like. Because you deserve to understand your body. And you deserve to feel like yourself again.
